    Horrible experience! The office told me I needed to pay ($90) up front and if my insurance covered the visit they would reimburse me. I found out a year later from my insurance co that they did cover the total cost of the visit. I've been trying for weeks to get the $90 this office owes me but the rude receptionist gives me excuses like "the doctor is on vacation" and can't write me a check.
