We took our kitty with an abcess and they just sold us pain killers and antibiotics and didn't drain the abcess even though we asked them to, they just sent us back home. The infection just grew so we called them 2 days after our appointment and they said we should bring our kitty in but they would charge us the visit.

We ended up taking our kitty to another vet but we had lost at least 3 days, risking our cat's life. Every vet and cat owner who's gone through this has told us they should've drained it during that first visit and they didn't. The abscess looked as big when we left the appointment as when we went in.

Their premises are not meant to take care of an animal in need either and the people who talked to usee seemed like they didn't know what they were talking about. Go to another vet, don't waste a dollar here.
