Like I said we've been with Chuck's office for years, and have had several agents over the years. Mike is the best agent we've worked with. He's always quick to respond to questions and concerns. He has helped us choose and update several policies to fit our needs. He takes the time to explain things to us thoroughly, he's just an all around great guy (and agent) and we really appreciate having him in our corner!
